Ad Copy

BroadView supports working with Ad Copy in multiple ways. Add basic instructions as a default on a contract line or manage complex instructions using our Ad Copy Plan tool. With Ad Copy Plan, you can create a single plan for multiple stations and multiple instruction sets.  A separate copy plotter ensures that creative placement is accurate based on spot placement. The log finalization process includes a final review and update of copy on placed spots and advises of any potential issues.

Revenue Management

BroadView recognizes the need for robust revenue reporting. Within BroadView, view all your sales revenue for all your networks in a single analysis tool. Build reports from simple projects to layered reports that include business activity and pacing. Analyze your revenue by any date range and any number of categories. Not just for standard cash revenue, our tool allows you to include details such as non-traditional revenue, units sold, time paid vs. unpaid or adjusted rates. Like with all reporting in BroadView, save and schedule these reports to be run and emailed at your preferred day and time.

Open Architecture

Log Finalization

Log Finalization ensures spots are placed correctly, copy is assigned and final checks are complete. BroadView provides a validation tool that automatically checks for issues on the log and reports any problems that require attention. Configured at the channel level, administrators can control what are mandatory checks, optional or not needed. Users can then enhance that list by selecting further options on their own. Severity levels can be assigned to stop playlist exports if needed. Always active, the check log tool is a key step in the BroadView log process to flag users of potential problems without the need for a manual process.

In addition, the Promo Campaign Manager (PCM) can be run directly from the log, even up to the last minute, to ensure promo placement campaigns are being followed, promos are plotted and patterns are being followed during log finalization. Together, the Log Validation tool and PCM provide significant automation for reducing the effort necessary to finalize logs.
